Austin Dunn
I grew up around the hearing industry. My parents are both hearing aid specialists and I followed in their footsteps. I spent a lot of time hanging out in their offices as I was growing up. I started out cleaning the office and helping out with other small tasks. Next I was trained to work the front desk and to clean hearing aids. Finally, I was trained for the good stuff - working hands on with patients. I've been out on my own and licensed for over 11 years. I love that I was able to learn every aspect of the office, but my real joy comes from helping people hear better and fixing problems. Sometimes we take our hearing for granted, but when it goes away we certainly miss it. To me, there is no better feeling than helping someone get that joy of hearing back. Inside and outside of work, my life is focused on helping others and giving back. I look forward to meeting you and helping you on your journey to better hearing.
Charles Macias
I am Austin's father-in-law. (In fact, I like to tell people that I hand-picked him to marry my daughter!) I've spent my career focusing on delivering excellent customer service, mostly in the retail industry. After my kids grew up and started their own lives, I found myself wanting a change of pace. My son had already trained with Austin and became a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist, so I thought, why not make it a family thing. It was one of the best decisions I've ever made. My favorite part of the job is talking with my patients. I love learning about their unique hearing needs and customizing the perfect fit for them. I know how important it is to be fully present for all of life's little moments. I look forward to helping you improve your hearing, so you don't miss out on any of them.
